PARTICIPATORY Wine Experiences  in EASTERN WASHINGTON

Join the Barrel. Shape the Bottle.

Bring a group of friends.Spend an afternoon. Help shape the wine a winemaker puts in the bottle.

No expertise required.

CoVintner builds wine experiences you help shape. Participatory winemaking where you vote on what goes in the bottle. Access days with producers most wine lovers never meet. Tastings and masterclasses with the people behind the wine.

What we do

Meet the makers. Shape the wine.

Participatory winemaking

Sit at the winemaker's table. Build blend combinations. Vote on what goes in the bottle. Barrel Sessions for single-visit blending. Full Red and White seasons that follow the winemaker's work from harvest to release.

Access Days

Small-group visits with winemakers across Eastern Washington. Red Mountain, Walla Walla, Richland, and beyond. Real time with the people making the wine.

Tastings and masterclasses

Evenings with the winemakers behind Washington's rare and unusual wines. Component tastings, varietal masterclasses, cohort dinners.

How participation works

CoVintner collects a participation fee for the experience. Wine is purchased separately through the licensed winery partner, who is the Seller of Record for all wine sales. Two transactions, one experience.

In motion now

Barrel 1 is in the hands of the founding cohort.

Nineteen founding members are set across two blending sessions at Bartholomew Winery, Kennewick. They shape Barrel 1 Carménère alongside winemaker Bart Fawbush. First bottles release this July.

Sessions held with our founding winery partner
Bartholomew Winery · Kennewick, WA
A self-taught winemaker who bets on
the grapes everyone else ignores.

Bart Fawbush left a career in mortgages to teach himself winemaking, and built a small-lot winery around rare varietals most producers won't touch. He partnered with CoVintner because he believes the same thing we do: wine is more interesting when more people are part of making it.
